Inside, a new sports car-style cockpit wraps around the occupants with screens mounted high and angled towards the driver, while physical buttons are at a minimum for a calm environment. Customers can use 5G connectivity to take charge of their day – whether to avoid unexpected traffic jams on the school run or ask Alexa Built-in to add coffee to the shopping list.
Sporting an EcoBoost petrol engine teamed with an electric motor, the Ford Puma can go further more efficiently. Up to 125BHP is at your disposal, while reduced emissions ensure a cleaner ride. As a self-charging hybrid, there’s no need to connect to a power source either; Regenerative Braking redirects energy from the brakes to the battery, to top it up on the move. Available both in manual and automatic.
Keeping you entertained and informed is the Ford SYNC 3 system and optional FordPass Connect Modem, which provides WiFi for up to 10 devices and delivers live traffic updates straight to your navigation system. Out on the road, you’re supported by features such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Selectable Drive Modes, which enable you to tailor the experience to your preferences.
