Kerry Motor Works are looking for a receptionist:
Reporting to the service manager, main responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and assisting customers
· Operating a busy switchboard
· Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys
· Managing Social Media
· Retail invoicing of workshop repairs
· Calling customers regarding vehicle health checks
· Scheduling of repairs for maintenance contract vehicles, processing of service records
· General administration to support service manager and workshop control
· Other service department tasks when necessary
· Cashiering
· Various ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate will ideally:

· Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs
· Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
· Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills
· Work well as part of a team
· Be flexible in your approach to work
· Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable
