Technology Updates for the all- new Focus
- New lighting technology means the car can sense curves in the road up to 65 metres ahead, as well as road signs for upcoming junctions or roundabouts, and adjusts the headlamp beam before you get there for improved visibility.
- There's a new transparent screen in front of the windshield displaying useful information, improving safety and making it easier to keeps eyes on the road.
- The new wireless charging pad means devices can be charged by simply placing them on a mat in the centre console, all while staying connected to the SYNC 3 entertainment system, meaning they can be controlled using simple voice commands or pinch and swipe gestures on the 8-inch touchscreen.
- As if that wasn't enough - the FordPass Connect onboard modem turns the Focus into a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 10 devices – which can be usedf for anything from browsing the web to streaming music through the premium B&O PLAY sound system. Drivers can even check their fuel levels and defrost their car from the comfort of their warm beds using the FordPass app.
